Below is a photo of the baby bib I made for my cousin's first baby. I'd hoped to get it finished in time for her baby shower, but missed that milestone by about 24 hours. Oh well, the baby's not due until February; there's plenty of time to get it to her before then.

That is so cute! Is it cotton or what? I love it.

I have GOT to get working on the baby blanket I started this summer. I haven't done a single stictch since I got home! Then I've got to get the matching sweater and tuque done!!! Yikes! *g*

The yarn is Lily's Sugar 'n Cream, so yes, it's 100% cotton. It's very soft and quite absorbent. I saw a very interesting post somewhere on LJ in which someone knitted up exemplars of all the various brands of cotton yarns and then compared their absorbency. As I recall, Sugar 'n Cream was the winner.

The pattern is from Mason-Dixon Knitting, page 132-133, Baby Bib O' Love.
