Project 52

I don't have much to say about this past week. I don't know what I did after work on Wednesday or Thursday although I have a sneaking suspicion we stayed late at the office and that interfered with my regularly scheduled crochet and exercise. Friday is usually Thai Food for dinner day but for some unknown reason that didn't sound great and I think I just had a bowl of cereal and called it good. I know I was on the Zoom call with the Cranky Women and I'm pretty sure the only time I said anything was to say it was time for me to go and wish everyone a good night.

The weather looked nice on Saturday but I never left the house even though I kept thinking I ought to go outside and see about getting the yard and front of the house ready for the growing season. Instead I sat on the couch and finished up on cat, started another, and watched a whole bunch of stuff on the DVR. None of it was memorable.

Sunday is laundry day and was very much a repeat of Saturday with the addition of clean clothes and bed sheets. Sunday is also Zoom with the Minneapolis Stitch & Bitch folks during which I finished a fourth Gratiot Hat. I hung out for an extra amount of time after the meeting ended and the Zine people started to arrive. There was much discussion of zine distribution, a topic about which I knew nothing but nevertheless found interesting.

Monday was back to work although I got to sleep in a little because [personal profile] jebra was getting his second COVID vaccine and coming back to the house to drop off groceries and come get me. We stayed late to compensate which meant I had only enough time to look through my knitting needles for the size I need to start my next project before climbing onto my exercise bike.

Yesterday we had dental appointments before work, so once again we didn't arrive at work until darn near noon. In the evening I had Social Knitting with the guild so we didn't stay late at the office.

Tonight after work I'm scheduled for a mammogram, so we will be leaving right on time.

I wonder what the weather will be like when we leave. It was snowing when we left work and it appears to have snowed all night long. Great big fluffy flakes were falling when I got up this morning but the sky is sunny and bright blue and the pavement is bare. The drive in to the office was beautiful with all the snow covered trees and branches.
