Yet another quiet week has passed by. Friday night was Thai food (Prew Warn with tofu)followed by Zooming with my cranky women friends. On Saturday much slushy snowfall was predicted for northern Michigan so the husband postponed his trip up to Prudenville. I have no idea how we spent the day although I am certain I crocheted another cat bed. The weather forecast was less dire for Sunday, so he went up and did whatever it was he was supposed to do. I stayed home where I joined my new friends in Minneapolis thanks to the wonders of Zoom. I also washed a few loads of laundry, did more crochet, and watched some true-crime 2 hour thing I'd recorded. In the evening I joined the family Zoom for an update on what's happening with jebra's parents. They are settling into their apartment and seem to be like it.
Monday was work followed by the usual tv and crochet and exercise. Last night was social knitting with the Guild. Turnout was much lower than for the actual meetings, but it was fun and it's good to catch up with everyone.
No mom news as I forgot to call. My brother in California is mourning the loss of his dog. Joey was an Australian Shepherd and my brother's beloved companion for 16 years. My brother lives alone so I know he's really hurting. In friend news, jebra was recruited to go to Micro Center and purchase a video card for friends as they are in quarantine for COVID. As in they both were tested and both have it.
