The two days at work were typical work days, nothing new or exciting. Over the weekend I spent most of my time at home with the kitties. I finished another three crochet cat beds and took a number of unscheduled naps in the middle of making them.
Monday night Hamish the cat took a turn for the worse. We took the first appointment we could get the next morning. The vet agreed that it was time to put him down. He went peacefully which I suppose is all any of can hope for. I'm glad he's not in pain but I miss my little black kitty. I hope he's over the Rainbow Bridge and once again playing and snuggling with his brother Hector. He, like his brother, was a really good cat and deserves a happy afterlife.
