Dental problems are haunting me. Something in my mouth hurts and I can't figure out if the
root canal solved the problem with the tooth that was operated upon, or if it is the tooth next door or the one below it. I am certain the swelling had gone down and it no longer hurts as much to press on that spot, nor do I know if it is still unhappy because the bone needs to regrow. I suppose I should call my dentist and ask. I'd planned to give it a week to see if it settled down, but perhaps that is not the best idea. Between the infection, the surgery, and our endless list of things needing our attention, I'm worn out. jebra is likewise exhausted, having had to to get ready for last Sunday's concert at Kirk in the Hills. Next on his schedule is the Closing Ceremony for Harrison High School. I'm not sure if I'm expected to attend that concert or not. I didn't attend Harrison but I've been to plenty of concerts in its auditorium. And it isn't as if jebra won't record the concert...
The FCB sounded wonderful playing in the sanctuary at Kirk in the Hills. It wasn't quite standing room only, but we think it would have been had it not been for the weather. I enjoyed the concert a great deal, just as much as I did the concert at Orchestra Hall. I didn't spend much time exploring inside or out, not because of the weather but because I was having a heck of a time keeping my balance while standing still, let alone trying to walk without a hand rail. I would like to explore the church's grounds at some future time, and not just because of the Ingress portals located there.
There is no mom news this week. I think she's going camping (travel trailer camping) with my brother Roberts and his wife this weekend. Who knows, maybe I will call her this afternoon.
