Project 52

For the record, I hate car shopping. I'm also really bad at it. I don't know enough about cars in general, let alone engines and electrical systems to know if any particular car is in great shape or if it is likely to result in the outlay of even more money due to repairs. Then there's the issue of finding something jebra actually fits in. We had to rule out the one car I was starting to fall in love with because he can't sit in the driver's seat without having to bend his neck to avoid hitting his head. Then there's issues with un-updated inventories. We arranged to come in late to work on Monday so that we could drive out to Macomb to be at the dealership when it opened for business. Only to learn when we got there that the 2005 Subaru Forester shown on the website had already been sold.

Friday night's get-together was prompted by our friends Ken & Jennifer return to Michigan to see family. They moved out to Colorado some twenty-plus years ago. They haven't changed a bit, in fact neither of them look like they've aged more than a few years. Apparently living up in the mountains and spending time in the great outdoors has kept them young.

I hope you have a great day and enjoy the Currier & Ives print on your card. It was entitled Kitties Among the Roses and dates back to 1873.…
