Thank you to everyone who helped me celebrate my birthday. Getting ready for the trip to Indianapolis was exhausting and it's a good thing I wasn't the driver as I slept almost all of the way there. I also slept a lot while we were at the con it's a nice hotel but our function space was crowded and *loud.* I think the longest I lasted in the main or side rooms was 15 minutes. After that it was either retreat to the hallway or to our room.
On Sunday, before heading home we went to Noblesville to meet up with our favorite harpist and have coffee with her. Then we stopped at my brother- and sister-in-law's house to have an early dinner with them. We got home around midnight, I think. And then stayed up to unpack and reassure the cats we were back where they think we belong. I arranged for us to take Monday off, which was good as I was a zombie all day.
