I'm watching the "Elephant's Memory" of Criminal Minds. This is the episode from Season Three, where the BAU is called in to a small town in Texas, to investigate what appears to be spree killings that involve a teenaged boy.

What I want to know is if I'm the only one out here who strongly identifies with the killer and who spent half the episode hoping the killer was mis-identified.

Thanks. I'm still thinking about it two days later. I really have no idea what a just punishment for the kid would be. I feel like the entire town let him down and his anger was justified -- it was only his expression of it that wasn't. I'm really glad this story was fiction as I have no idea what just outcome for everyone involved would entail.
