Wow, that was fast! I hit reload and your comment was here already.

This wouldn't bug me so much if it the underwire on my bra wasn't immediately above the darn wound. Every time I move my upper body (or bend over) I'm given a reminder as to why movement is a bad idea. And for the record, I got the wound while wearing a sports bra so there wasn't anything other than skin, sweat, and soft cotton cloth involved in the original injury. I'm still trying to figure out why the injury isn't symmetrical. The left side is far worse than the right.

Cotton is really bad in situations like that -- it holds the moisture against your skin, and *sticks*, unless you've got one that wicks the moisture away. And when it soaks throught, it sticks on both sides.

WRT the asymmetry, you were probably pulling more to your left than to your right -- and, of course, you're probably not symmetrical (my PTs tell me that very very few people are symmetrical, and women's upper bodies less so).
