Holiday Travel is exhausting!

I don't yet know how many miles we traveled, but we spend Thanksgiving Day in Indiana and then had another Thanksgiving Dinner in mid-Michigan on Saturday. We returned home afterwards, getting in somewhere around 8 or 9 pm. I was up late again doing laundry and catching up on email, and then slept in until four this afternoon.

After I breakfast, I popped Hobson's Choice into the DVD player and sat down to watch with jebra. It's a fun movie and well worth watching.

Oh, and for the record, I'm a very mean wife. I made jebra take me to Walmart at the crack of Black Friday. Not because I wanted to shop for Christmas presents, but because I forgot to bring a yarn needle with me and I wanted to buy one. I've never seen a store as crowded with shoppers. I found my yarn needle and then spotted balls of hemp yarn/thread thin enough to string beads. I picked out two. I believe we were in line for the checkout for about a half hour, but it was worth it to me to be able to finish the Jayne Hats I was working on in the car. While we were gone I finished five hats and started a sixth.
