As kevinnickerson's recommended, I paid a visit to AntiWarPosters.com. Kevin's right, they're wonderful. But I wish he'd thought to warn me that I'd spend more than a few minutes looking around. I was there for well over an hour. And next time we place an order with cafepress, I'm just going to have to get myself one of the 7 Keys mousepads.
Tonight I tackled button holes. The Klutz knitting book illustrates one method of making button holes, but I wanted a wider opening. Searching the web was surprisingly uninformative, but eventually I found a site that illustrated what I wanted. I thought I'd followed the instructions perfectly, but my button holes didn't end up where I expected and and I managed to goof up the stitch count. I suppose that's par for the course for a beginner like myself, but it's still frustrating.
