Drinking from the Fire Hose

The spouse is converting my desktop machine from Slackware to Gentoo. He's been at it most of the day and hasn't finished yet. Since that machine is where my mail lives, I haven't been able to look at mine today. Hopefully there isn't anything urgent in there.

I'm going through email withdrawal. It isn't pretty. On the bright side, I finally started reading Ted Botha's book Mongo.
