Oh, I wouldn't think so. I'm pretty sure this recipe is easy enough that even I could follow along. (I am most assuredly *not* the cook in the family.)
Also, it freezes *really* well, so left-overs shouldn't be a problem. The lasagna jebra
took to Thing were frozen. I liked the first one he made so well that we brought the left-overs to work with us for the next few days.
