That one sounded good when you mentioned it on the list. But then, my mum often makes a dessert pizza, although the fruit aren't baked onto it. She starts with one of those prebaked pizza crusts, spreads it with hedonistic fruit dip, and tops it with sliced fruit (kiwi, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, banana, honeydew or muskemelon, etc). Depending on who's expected, sometimes she'll sprinkle it with shredded coconut.

That sounds rather like one of the pizzas in jebra's cookbooks. I meant to look for it before Pizza Lab (since it's nothing but pizza) but I never got around to doing so. It'd be easier if the cookbooks weren't scattered throughout the house.

Bob W made a cinnamon and apple pizza that was simply scrumptious. I think he said he used northern spies to make it. Whatever the apples were, it was excellent hot out of the oven and it didn't last long.

The apples were Empire from Meijers, believe it or not. The Spies were sparse this year I only go a few of them.

Glad it worked out as well as it did! (I considered a layer of cranberry filling under the apples too, but then time intervened.)
